Warranty

BRV guarantees its ModvlvS pumps against manufacturing defects: 5 years for taps, 2 years for other components (or as guaranteed by the component manufacturer). The warranty covers the replacement of the defective item: the procedure for handling returns due to confirmed or suspected defects must comply with the procedure described in the special section "Complaints." Complaints must be received by BRV within the maximum terms provided for by current legislation. Charges, expenses, damages, or compensation are excluded.
The manufacturer's liability is limited to defects found under normal conditions of use and correct use of the product. In the event of disputes arising from the use of BRV products, these will be governed by current Italian law and the court of Vercelli will have exclusive jurisdiction.

The performance of ModvlvS pump units is tested and guaranteed only if all "accessory" devices are supplied by BRV (circulation pumps, servomotors, controllers, etc.). This is because BRV cannot know and test all these "accessories" produced by manufacturers around the world. In any case, it is BRV's mission to test all the most well-known devices within a reasonable period of time and, if necessary, to update the ModvlvS systems accordingly.

BRV reserves the right to modify the design and specifications of its products, as well as to make improvements and technical developments, without prior notice. All illustrations, numerical data, etc. are not binding.
