User's Non-Conformity Report

The procedure for handling returns of allegedly defective products requires the Customer to request return authorization from BRV by using the specific “Non-Conformity Report at End User Site” form, which contains the complete procedure to be followed. To initiate a claim, the form must be duly completed and sent, without altering its format (FILLABLE PDF), to our Quality Department at the dedicated e-mail address: claims@brv.it.
Handwritten forms or forms submitted in a locked format will not be taken into consideration.

ATTENTION: Do not use this procedure for returns of incorrectly ordered products; in such cases, please contact our Sales Department.
